John Ramsay’s Calalogue of

3rd Edition

OMBRITISH DIECAST MODEL TOYS

is firstly an essential reference book for all diecast model toy collectors.

Secondly it provides a fascinating read for every grown-up who ever received a model toy as a present, whether it was a TV/Film related toy such as James Bond’s Aston Martin for “Goldfinger”, or Dougall’s Magic Roundabout, or just a simple Dinky, Corgi or Matchbox toy – they are all included.

It is therefore a comprehensive guide to the models produced from 1932 onwards and includes details of their colours, packaging, dates of issue and deletion.

In addition, as yesterdays toys are now highly collectable, in-depth information has been provided as to the current asking price.

The 3rd Edition has completely updated the earlier editions and has built on their success by including new model listings, full colour pictures and trade advertising.

It is the only catalogue of its type and by including such a wide range of models and information is therefore the ideal companion for visits to collectors shops, toyfairs, auctions or for use as a guide when building up or valuing a collection.M

This book was previously for sale at Margot’s Books. The shop is now closed — this post is kept as an archive record only.
