I realise this question is slightly back to front, but it was the way I was initially searching for help. If I was searching this way then there is going to be other people searching the same way.

The best guide I have found is this guide from Amazon AWS themselves…

However, there holes in the AWS tutorial, but I’ve got some of the missing answers right here on this website, so come back if you get stuck!
