Tropical Sun – Caribbean hot pepper sauce

No idea what peppers are in this sauce, I guess 79p a bottle doesn’t buy you much provenance on the label.

I’m giving this Caribbean sauce a special mention because it’s one if those rare sauces that nicely lifts any dish without imparting too much of its own character. This hot sauce is not bombastic; it’s your friend rather than your attacker.

This cheap little bottle is such a great taste tool that I carry a bottle in my guitar case for livening up pre-gig meals.
